From the left, Philip Bradbourn, OBE MEP and Cllr Philip Atkins, Leader of Staffordshire County Council.  Mr Bradbourn gave us a very interesting insight into the workings of the European Parliament and Cllr Atkins talked about the future direction of Staffordshire under the new administration.

From the left, John Findlay, CEO of NALC who gave an interesting presentation on the future for Parish Councils and Cllr Mary Booth, our newly elected president.

From the left: Viv Evans, CEO SPCA, David Kidney MP and Harry Brunt, Chairman of the Association.  As ever, David supported the Association and gave us much food for thought, particularly on the localism agenda.

Thank you to all our guests, our speakers and, of course, our delegates.  It was, as always, a lively, sometimes contentious meeting, but a very interesting and full day.
